A spa stay is more than a room and treatments. Every stay at an Ensana hotel comes with a doctor in the building, the pool and sauna at no extra cost, a benefits card for the town and a programme for your afternoons and evenings.
A doctor and nurse in the hotel
Each of the seven Ensana hotels in Mariánské Lázně has a doctor and a nurse — for the whole of your stay, not just the initial check-up. If something changes or a question comes up, help is just down the corridor.
On treatment stays, the doctor examines you on arrival and puts together your treatment plan. Which treatments are right for you is always decided by the spa doctor.
Meet the medical teamPool and sauna included
Every hotel has its own pool, and guests have free entry for the whole of their stay — to the sauna as well. Guests of Nové Lázně swim in the historic Roman Baths.

Every guest of the Ensana hotels receives the card. It is not a loyalty programme — there is nothing to collect or sign up for; the card simply comes with your stay.
