Terms of the “Summer with Ensana in Marienbad” competition

1. The competition is organised by Léčebné lázně Mariánské Lázně a.s., Masarykova 22, 353 01 Mariánské Lázně, Czech Republic, operator of the Ensana hotels in Marienbad (the “Organiser”).

2. The competition runs on marienbad.com until 31 August 2026 (23:59 CET). The draw takes place on 1 September 2026.

3. Any natural person over 18 may enter by completing the quiz, providing their first name, last name and email address, and confirming consent to the processing of personal data. Each person may enter only once; the first registration of a given email address counts. Employees of the Organiser are excluded from the competition.

4. The prize is a voucher for a stay for 2 persons for 2 nights with the Mini Spa Break (Minikúra) package at the Ensana Hvězda hotel in Marienbad, as per the hotel's current offer.

5. The voucher is valid until 30 June 2027. It cannot be redeemed between 20 December 2026 and 6 January 2027. The stay is subject to hotel availability and must be booked in advance.

6. The winner will be drawn on 1 September 2026 and notified by email at the address provided in the entry form. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, a substitute winner will be drawn.

7. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Participants' personal data (first name, last name, email) are processed by the Organiser to run the competition and — based on the given consent — to send news by email. Consent may be withdrawn at any time. See the privacy policy for details.

9. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these terms in justified cases or to suspend or cancel the competition. The prize is not legally enforceable.
