Terms of the “Summer with Ensana in Marienbad” competition
1. The competition is organised by Léčebné lázně Mariánské Lázně a.s., Masarykova 22, 353 01 Mariánské Lázně, Czech Republic, operator of the Ensana hotels in Marienbad (the “Organiser”).
2. The competition runs on marienbad.com until 31 August 2026 (23:59 CET). The draw takes place on 1 September 2026.
3. Any natural person over 18 may enter by completing the quiz, providing their first name, last name and email address, and confirming consent to the processing of personal data. Each person may enter only once; the first registration of a given email address counts. Employees of the Organiser and their family members are excluded from the competition.
4. The prize is a voucher for a stay for 2 persons for 2 nights with the Healthy In package at the Ensana Hvězda hotel in Marienbad, as per the hotel's current offer.
5. The voucher is valid until 30 June 2027. It cannot be redeemed between 20 December 2026 and 6 January 2027. The stay is subject to hotel availability and must be booked in advance.
6. The winner will be drawn on 1 September 2026 and notified by email at the address provided in the entry form. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, a substitute winner will be drawn.
7. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Data protection. The data controller is Léčebné lázně Mariánské Lázně a.s., ID No. 45359113, registered office Masarykova 22/5, 353 01 Mariánské Lázně (contact: webmaster.cz@ensanahotels.com). a) Purpose and legal basis: the data is processed to organise and evaluate the competition and to contact winners (processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps prior to entering into it under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, arising from the participant's acceptance of the competition terms) and — based on consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — to send the newsletter. b) Data collected: first name, last name, email address, language version, competition name, score achieved, records of the consents given (two separate) and technical data (e.g. IP address). c) Recipients and processors: the data is shared with processors handling operations and email delivery, namely MailerLite (contact storage) and VirtualZoom (newsletter delivery), under concluded data-processing agreements. d) Transfers outside the EU: where a processor is established outside the European Economic Area, transfers take place only under the conditions set out in Chapter V of the GDPR, in particular on the basis of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. e) Retention: for the competition, for its duration and the settlement of all claims related to the competition; for the newsletter, until consent is withdrawn. f) Your rights: you have the right of access to the personal data processed, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and, in the cases provided for by the GDPR, the right to object to processing and the right to withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). g) You may withdraw consent free of charge at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or at webmaster.cz@ensanahotels.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz). 9. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these terms in justified cases or to suspend or cancel the competition. The prize is not legally enforceable.
